I had to make a run to Avila Beach today and I didn't complain one bit. Avila is, without a doubt, my favorite beach of them all. The water was ruff and the waves were crashing hard into the pier. So I took some pics from the street. Then I traveled down toward Port SLO, where I found a cute little squirrel drinking water from a hose. The close-ups are a bit fuzzy, but it's just too adorable to not share. : )
