Her laughter was contagious

Pure beauty in her smile

Never following the trend

She created her own unique style

Always opening her heart

To any animal in despair

A helping hand she would lend

The forgiveness in her heart

Is what I’m most thankful for

I never took it for granted

And now I appreciate it even more
