Eric Soderquist and surf photographer Chris Burkard promote new book
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 30 March, 2009 : - - Professional surfer Eric Soderquist and surf photographer Chris Burkard tour California to promote The California Surf Project. This new book documents their two-month trip from the Oregon/California border to the Tijuana Sloughs in search of the perfect wave.
Who: Eric Soderquist, pro surfer (sponsored by Hurley) and artist, and Chris Burkard, professional surf photographer whose images have appeared on Surfline.com and in publications such as Surfer, Surfing, Water, Transworld Surf, and American Airlines magazine. Chris is the recipient of the Follow the Light Foundation grant.
What: “The California Surf Project Tour” sponsored by Hurley. Authors will tour surf shops & book stores on the California coast showing slides, talking about their trip and signing books.
